Use of Himalayan Apricot Oil

Our hand-processed and cold-pressed apricot kernel oil comes from wild apricot groves in the fertile Kashmir Valley in the Himalayas. It is a source of vitamin C, provitamin A, B-complex, including folic acid and unsaturated fatty acids, and is also the only one to contain the unique vitamins B₁₅ and B₁₇. The mineral content includes iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, copper, phosphorus and silica.

Himalayan Apricot (Prunus armeniaca) kernel oil.

Recommended daily dose

Adults: 1 teaspoon a day, either in the morning, or in at least one hour after your evening meal. Children from 6 years: 7 drops per day (7 drops = 0.35 ml).
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
