Use
Lama essence is a 100% natural, harmonising and biorhythmic porridge compiled according to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It respects the nutritional needs and biorhythms of the body, supplying it with the most gently prepared and coordinated essential ingredients at exactly the right moment. All the ingredients are carefully selected, whereby the emphasis is placed on the quality and method of processing in order to maintain their genuine purity and living essence. The porridge is completely free of chemicals, additives and preservatives. It is vegan, containing no animal milk or refined sugar.
The synergistic composition and effect of the individual ingredients act as a preventive and therapeutic diet that supports kidney and bladder Qi according to TCM. It does not burden the digestive system.

It gives the body carefully selected, perfectly processed and mutually tuned essential ingredients. Their exceptional synergy was achieved by combining Western scientific knowledge of integrative nutrition with Eastern principles of traditional Chinese medicine. The result is a harmony of extraordinary effects and tastes, where food becomes the pleasure and medicine of our lives.
According to the principles of TCM it strengthens the kidneys and bladder. It is suitable for year-round use, especially in the colder season or when the body feels cold.
INGREDIENTS – 1 SERVING (60 g)
Tsampa – ground roasted barley (44.6%), apple powder (22.3%), dried unsulphurised apples – pieces (11.9%), sweet almonds – sliced (8.9%), dried cane juice – panela (5.9%), dried miso (3.0%), ground Indian cinnamon (1.3%), ground elder (1.0%), lemon powder, cardamom, cloves, unrefined sea salt.
May contain traces of cereals, nuts, sesame and milk.
USE AND DOSAGE
Pour 60 g of porridge (4–5 tablespoons) into a bowl and pour in about 180–200 ml of hot vegetable (or good quality animal) milk (90 °C) and add a little butter or coconut fat. Mix and let it stand for 4–5 minutes covered. Add dried fruit, nuts, yoghurt or cottage cheese to taste.
STORAGE
Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature of 10–25 °C. The use-by date is indicated on the packaging.
