Use
Runa essence is a purely natural, harmonising and biorhythmic smoothie formulated according to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to support the psyche, encourage joy of life and a youthful appearance. It respects the nutritional needs and key biorhythms of the body and supplies the body with the most gently prepared and coordinated essential ingredients. All the ingredients are carefully selected with the emphasis placed on quality and method of processing, while maintaining their genuine purity and living essence.
The smoothie is completely free of chemicals, additives and preservatives. It also contains no gluten or added sugar.
The synergistic composition and effect of the individual ingredients according to TCM acts as a preventive and therapeutic diet in individuals with weakened chi of the heart and small intestine. The individual ingredients – fruit, medicinal mushroom, herbs and spices – support each other. It contains a source of fibre, protein, carbohydrates and quality fats and is packed with health-promoting antioxidants, polyphenols, vitamins and minerals. The anti-ageing effect is significant.

Harmonising smoothie made from effective ingredients based on the bringing together of Western scientific knowledge of integrative nutrition with Eastern principles of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). According to the principles of TCM, it strengthens the heart and small intestine. It is beneficial in the warmer season or at any time when feeling internally hot.
INGREDIENTS – 1 SERVING (30 g)
Whey protein (32.8%), coconut milk powder (16.7%), lyophilized banana – powder (16.3%), dried pear – powder (13.3%), Tremella fuciformis fruiting body – powder (9.3%), lyophilized blueberry (fruit) – powder (9%), Passiflora incarnata stems extract (1.7%), dried and ground ginger rhizome (0.3%), turmeric rhizome extract (0.2%), unrefined salt.
May contain traces of cereals, nuts, sesame and milk.
Use and dosage
Pour 30 g (about 2–3 tablespoons) of smoothie into a blender (or shaker – if you don't mind a coarser consistency), pour in about 200 ml of lukewarm water and blend.
Storage
Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at a temperature of 10–25°C.
